We are a UK registered charity and international NGO established in 2009 by a group of young people determined to make a difference to the lives of those afflicted by poverty and suffering.
Enthusiastic, dedicated and visionary, the group took their ideas to members of the community and were pleased to get their support and to launch an initiative that a few years later would become the globally recognised charity that it is today.
Since 2009 IHelp Global has changed the lives of many by providing beneficiaries with sustainable livelihood, educational training and environmentally sustainable initiatives to help alleviate poverty and climate change in one of the poorest regions of the world.
This is the world’s second largest and populous continent being home to 1.1 billion people. It is one of the poorest regions in the world, with 40% of its Sub-Saharan population living in absolute poverty. Africans suffer from HIV/AIDS, high poverty rates, water and sanitation shortages.
Africa is one of the most vulnerable continents to climate change. This situation is further worsened by its poor state of economic development and low adaptive capacity. Alongside extreme poverty it faces frequent natural disasters such as droughts and floods. The people of Africa heavily depend on agriculture, rainfall and the help of people like you.
